• You have the freedom to choose when and how often you work
• You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and vehicle maintenance
• EzyRunners does not provide employee benefits (health insurance, paid leave, etc.)

2. Gig-Based Order Acceptance

• You can accept or decline delivery orders at your discretion
• Accepted orders must be completed as per agreed terms
• Repeated cancellations may affect your account standing and order availability
• You must maintain a minimum acceptance rate as specified in the partner dashboard

3. Vehicle and License Requirements

• You must have a valid driving license appropriate for your vehicle type
• Your vehicle must be registered and have valid insurance
• You are responsible for all vehicle-related costs (fuel, maintenance, repairs)
• Regular vehicle inspections may be required for safety compliance

4. Prohibited Items and Activities

• You must not accept or deliver illegal items, drugs, weapons, or contraband
• Alcohol and tobacco deliveries require age verification of recipients
• Refuse any package that appears suspicious or violates regulations
• Report any illegal activity or suspicious packages immediately

5. Professional Conduct

• Maintain professional behavior with customers and merchants
• Dress appropriately and maintain personal hygiene
• Handle all packages with care to prevent damage
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Do not consume alcohol or drugs while on duty

6. Payment and Earnings

• Earnings are based on completed deliveries as per the rate card
• Payments are processed on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
• Service fees and commissions are deducted as per platform policy
• Bonuses and incentives are subject to meeting specified criteria
• You are responsible for tax declarations on your earnings

7. Package Handling and Delivery

• Verify package condition before pickup and report any damage
• Use in-app navigation and follow optimal routes
• Obtain proof of delivery (signature, photo, OTP) as required
• Contact customers for delivery instructions when needed
• Return undelivered packages to the designated location

8. Data Privacy and Security

• Customer data is confidential and must not be shared or misused
• GPS tracking is enabled during active deliveries for transparency
• Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy
• Do not screenshot or share customer contact information

9. Liability and Insurance

• You are liable for any loss, damage, or theft of packages in your custody
• You must have appropriate vehicle and liability insurance
• EzyRunners is not responsible for accidents or injuries during deliveries
• Report any accidents or incidents immediately through the app

10. Account Termination

• EzyRunners reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
• Fraudulent activity, theft, or illegal conduct will result in permanent ban
• You may deactivate your account at any time
• Outstanding payments will be settled upon account closure

11. Legal Compliance

• You must comply with all local, state, and national laws
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses required in your area
• You are responsible for understanding and following traffic regulations
• Report any legal issues or violations to EzyRunners immediately

12. Platform Usage

• Use the EzyRunners app only for legitimate delivery purposes
• Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, or delivery times
• Keep your app updated to the latest version
• Maintain active status only when available for deliveries
